Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only but are actively working to expand our shipping options.  We cannot accept orders that are billed and shipped to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders. 

Standard shipping is free on all US orders with a subtotal value over $70. For orders under $70, standard shipping is flat fee $8. 

At this time, we are unable to cancel any orders once they are placed on sonelabeauty.com. Make sure to check your order details and shipping information before processing your order. 

ORDERS 

All SONELA orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days. Orders placed on the weekends and Statutory Holidays will be shipped out the following 1-2 business days. Please note, that all delivery timelines are subject to change by the shipper. 

US Standard shipping requires 5-7 business days for delivery after processing. 

You will receive a shipment notification email once your order ships. You can check the status and track your order under your Account. Please note it may take 24-48 hours after tracking to be updated by the shipper.
