We do use mica within our Sonela products. While we recognize the problematic nature of mica production, the mica we use is guaranteed to be sustainability and ethically sourced. It is 100% child labor free.

We love to help our customers find their perfect shades, as well as making personalized products suggestions. ORDERS

Please email hello@sonelabeauty.com with your Order Number as soon as possible and we’ll get back to you.

Above all, we want you to love your Sonela purchase, so if you aren’t delighted by what you ordered, please let us know by emailing hello@sonelabeauty.com and we’ll issue you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  While we are pleased to refund your product, shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.This offer is only valid within 14 days of receiving the item.

If you have a lost or mis-delivered order please contact us on hello@sonelabeauty.com within 14 days of receiving your shipment notification email and we’ll start the process of issuing a replacement or credit. After 14 days, we can no longer be responsible for lost or mis-delivered orders.

Please photograph the damaged item and send the picture, along with your order number, to hello@sonelabeauty.com so our customer service team can help resolve the issue. Damage has to be reported within 14 day of your order being delivered.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards. Additionally, we accept Apple Pay, and ShopPay.

Shipping & Returns

No, but we will be shipping to Canada very soon!

We’ll send you an order confirmation once your order is received and then we aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days (not including weekends and USA holidays) but at peak times it can take a little longer. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships - please remember it can take 24 hours for tracking to become active. If you have any other queries, please email hello@sonelabeauty.com.

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only but are actively working to expand our shipping options.  We cannot accept orders that are billed and shipped to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.Standard shipping is free on all US orders with a subtotal value over $70. For orders under $70, standard shipping is flat fee $8.
